Senior DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support service health monitoring, deployment promotions, and troubleshooting across CI/CD and Kubernetes environments.
This role focuses on monitoring applications, executing Azure DevOps release pipelines, investigating deployment issues, and ensuring smooth production and non-production releases.

Responsibilities
- Monitor application and service health using ArgoCD and Grafana
- Execute and manage service promotions through Azure DevOps pipelines
- Validate deployments and support rollback or recovery activities when needed
- Investigate pipeline, Kubernetes, and deployment-related failures
- Troubleshoot issues using tools such as K9s, kubectl, ArgoCD, and logs and events analysis
- Coordinate with development, QA, and release teams during deployments
- Report deployment results, issues, risks, and resolution status to stakeholders
- Maintain release documentation and operational tracking
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of ArgoCD and GitOps-based deployments
- Practical Kubernetes experience, including pods, deployments, logs, events, and rollouts
- Hands-on experience with kubectl, Grafana, and other monitoring tools
- Solid understanding of Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and Git workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues
- Ability to work under pressure during releases or incidents
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerized application development
- Familiarity with Prometheus for monitoring and alerting
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud environments
- Basic scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks
- Familiarity with production support, incident management, and rollback procedures
- Knowledge of networking concepts, secrets management, and microservices-based environments
