Project description
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Senior Developer/Team Lead with Java expertise and extensive experience in microservices-based architectures to join us on a project in the fashion retail industry. Together with the team, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, maintaining, and observing a set of internal microservices used in the Client's stores. This position is for Senior Java Developers who want to develop their leadership skills by serving as the primary point of contact for Spanish-language communication within the Client's organization.
Responsibilities
- * Serving as the primary point of contact for Spanish-language communication within the Client's organization. * Lead a team of Java backend developers. * Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements. * Translate project requirements into technical specifications. * Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality code. * Debug and optimize performance to ensure scalability and reliability. * Implement software development best practices. * Provide technical guidance and support to team members. * Identify and address technical challenges and risks. * Participate in architectural and design discussions.
SKILLS
Must have
- Deep knowledge of Java (17+), including Concurrency
- Knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience in the design and development of REST API and API interfaces.
- Experience in unit test development.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms.
- Experience working with microservices.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Experience developing applications with complex business logic.
- Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Open API specification (Swagger)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Deep knowledge of software design patterns.
- Knowledge of hexagonal architecture.
- Demonstrated professionalism with excellent communication skills tailored to meet client needs.
- C1 Spanish
- B2 English
Nice to have
• Experience leading teams in technical environments. • Knowledge or experience in developing automatic E2E tests (Karate).
