Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Partners and account teams to strengthen long-term customer relationships by ensuring high-quality delivery, trusted communication and measurable business outcomes
- Define initiatives by working directly with customers: clarify business objectives, success metrics, scope, expected outcomes and delivered value
- Develop delivery approaches, plans and cost/effort estimates; support the creation of Statements of Work and delivery commitments for fixed-outcome engagements
- Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, quality and budget to ensure agreed outcomes are met
- Act as a bridge between business and technology: understand business cases and priorities and translate them into executable delivery plans and engineering objectives
- Own stakeholder management and communication cadence, including executive-level updates and governance
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control to protect delivery commitments and customer satisfaction
- Mentor delivery and engineering leaders; promote delivery excellence and engineering excellence across teams
- Coordinate and lead distributed teams across geographies, functions and vendors as needed
Requirements
- Proven leadership in customer-facing technology services with accountability for outcomes and client satisfaction
- Demonstrated success in delivering fixed-outcome or fixed-scope engagements with strong governance and predictability
- Experience in commercial and financial management, including P&L awareness
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, risk management and communication with senior or executive audiences
- Experience delivering AI initiatives, including GenAI and traditional ML is preferred (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting solutions), with an understanding of delivery considerations (data readiness, evaluation, governance, iteration cycles)
- Proficiency in both spoken and written business English

- Experience in one of our key industries: Financial Services (especially Capital Markets), Life Sciences/Pharma, Energy (Oil & Gas Upstream)
- Background in business consulting, Presales or account development
- Proficiency in the Japanese language
