We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join a leading European online marketplace. In this role, you'll own end-to-end CRM campaigns, optimize customer lifecycle journeys, drive A/B testing and personalization, and support the migration to a modern CRM platform. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver data-driven customer engagement initiatives in a remote-first environment.
Essential functions
- Own and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Plan, build, launch, and optimize recurring and ad hoc email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to optimize customer journeys and campaign effectiveness.
- Audit existing CRM campaigns and recommend best practices to improve automation and operational efficiency.
- Support the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to a new CRM platform, including campaign configuration, validation, and testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integrations and data consistency.
- Manage customer segmentation, audience targeting, and lifecycle communication strategies.
- Ensure campaign quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery while maintaining high operational standards.
- Proactively identify issues, drive process improvements, and work independently in a distributed, cross-functional environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns independently.
- Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaign performance using data.
- Experience with email marketing automation and CRM best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English (B2+).
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed, remote-first environment.

- Experience with Mandrill (Mailchimp Transactional).
- Experience with CRM platform migrations.
- Experience with Etribe or similar customer engagement platforms.
- Marketplace, eCommerce, or digital product experience.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Interest in AI-driven marketing automation and CRM optimization.
