We're looking for a Senior CRM Manager to independently own the CRM function. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role combining day-to-day campaign execution with strategic lifecycle marketing, and a platform migration project.You'll be the go-to CRM expert on the team, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics in a cross-location environment.
Essential functions
- Own and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle
- Manage recurring and ad hoc email campaigns from brief to delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization
- Audit existing customer journeys and identify gaps in engagement, retention, and conversion
- Design and run A/B tests and implement CRM best practices
- Support a migration from one CRM platform to another
- Configure and validate campaigns during the migration process
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations, audience management, and data consistency
- Work autonomously across time zones with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) — this is a must
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end CRM campaigns independently
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
- Comfortable balancing operational execution with strategic planning
- Strong communicator with excellent English skills
- Highly self-directed and proactive

- Experience with Mandrill / Mailchimp Transactional
- Background in CRM platform migrations
- Marketplace, eCommerce, or digital product experience
- Interest in AI-driven marketing automation
