Senior Consultant PP/QM - SAP SCM (Business Consulting)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant PP/QM to deliver high-quality SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions for transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in the Life Sciences sector, and a strong understanding of manufacturing, production, and quality processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and compliance experts to design and deliver effective, compliant solutions that support end-to-end production and quality operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP PP and QM solutions as part of SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and compliance experts to translate business requirements into effective SAP PP/QM solutions
• Ensure all solutions adhere to Life Sciences industry regulations (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), manufacturing compliance standards, and internal controls
• Support integration of SAP PP/QM with other modules, including MM, SD, WM, FI, and CO, as well as external systems
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and validation records
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end users and project teams
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• At least 3 years of expertise in SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management), including production order processing, master data management, shop floor control, quality inspection, and quality notifications
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM implementations and configuration
• Proven experience translating business requirements into effective SAP PP/QM solutions
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and compliance requirements, especially in Life Sciences
• Familiarity with Life Sciences industry regulations and manufacturing compliance standards (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Experience with integration between PP/QM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, FI, CO)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for solution design and issue resolution
• Experience preparing functional specifications, test scripts, and validation documentation
• Ability to conduct user training and support change management activities
• Good command of English, at B2 proficiency level or higher
