Responsibilities
- - Lead enterprise/mid-market implementations end-to-end - Own system design, configuration, training, roll-out strategy - Track timelines to ensure fast time-to-value - Partner with tech teams on data migration & integrations - Become subject-matter expert across Greenhouse platform - Advocate for client needs to internal teams - Communicate across all stakeholder levels
SKILLS
Must have
- - 2+ years managing enterprise clients - Greenhouse expertise - Proven consulting experience with globally distributed teams - Strong project/timeline management - Ability to simplify technical concepts - SaaS configuration/rollout experience - Familiarity with data migration & API integrations - Excellent written/verbal communication skills
