Senior Communications Specialist
We are currently searching for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Communications Specialist. If you join us, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communication strategy for our team in Georgia and externally. That’s why we are looking for a proactive strategic thinker who can see the big picture and handle multiple priorities.
This role will involve performing most of the tasks from our Tbilisi office, but you can also work partially from anywhere within Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen the Employer Brand and Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
- Create and execute communication strategies and plans
- Enhance the company's reputation through external communication initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and deliver key messaging strategies
- Generate content, including press releases, blogs, and social media posts to effectively communicate key messages
- Provide copywriting and editorial support for publications and interviews
- Track, analyze, and report on communication activities to derive actionable insights
- Support employer branding events with public speaking preparation; train and coach speakers to enhance their performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, Philology, or a related discipline with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Communications, PR, Marketing, or Journalism
- Collaborative individual with a proactive mindset and solutions-focused approach
- Critical thinking skills for evaluating and adapting communication strategies
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Excellent oral and written communication paired with strong presentation skills
- Negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in English and Georgian at C1 level or higher
