Senior C++ Developer with MFC, Accounting Desktop App

We are looking for a Senior C++ Developer to support and enhance a desktop accounting application and contribute to related services and applications.

This project focuses on a desktop accounting application used by a large client base, along with related product support and service development. The work is centered on financial and accounting solutions built with Microsoft technologies.

The team supports existing products and contributes to the development of new services and applications. You will collaborate with other specialists in a communication-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial applications with C++
- Maintain and enhance a desktop accounting application
- Support existing products
- Contribute to the development of new services and applications
- Work with Microsoft-based technologies
- Apply OOP, OOD, and programming patterns in daily development
- Work with MS SQL and data transfer protocols including REST, SOAP, and WebSockets
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Co-Pilot, Claude Code, Claude in-browser) as part of the daily coding workflow — for code review, refactoring, test generation, and agentic multi-file tasks
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively in English
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing commercial applications with C++, C#
- Knowledge of MFC, Microsoft OLE, Win32, ATL, COM, OAuth, Git
- Knowledge of .NET and Windows Forms, or willingness to develop knowledge in this area
- Skills in OOP, OOD, and programming patterns, including design patterns and class diagrams
- Experience working with MS SQL and data transfer protocols such as REST, SOAP, and WebSockets, with an understanding of their working principles
- Practical experience using AI coding assistants (Co-Pilot, Claude Code, or similar) for real development tasks — not just inline autocomplete, but agentic workflows such as planning changes, generating tests, and refactoring across files
- Willingness to continue learning and applying new AI-assisted development practices as tooling evolves
- Good communication skills
- Good spoken English
Nice to Have
- .NET and Windows Forms
- Prior exposure to structuring AI prompts/plans for complex multi-file changes (e.g., using a work item plus codebase context to scope a development plan before coding)
