Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Systems Analyst with a technical mindset and strong background in Financial Services — preferably Wealth Management — to join our team. This role serves as a critical bridge between onshore clients and offshore development teams, driving the strategic vision for product solutions while ensuring seamless communication, data alignment, and the delivery of high-value, user-centered applications.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Product & Solution Vision: Drive product development strategy and align technical solutions with long-term business goals, partnering with Product Owners to define Epic MVPs and iterative delivery plans
• Client & Team Liaison: Collaborate closely with onshore clients, offshore development teams, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements. Maintain high visibility and engagement via video-based collaboration
• Data Mapping & Technical Analysis: Lead complex data mapping initiatives, translating business data requirements into actionable technical specifications, API specifications, and backend integration patterns
• UX & Workflow Design: Apply UX design principles to create intuitive, user-centered solutions, wireframes, and complex multi-application workflows while highlighting system dependencies
• Agile & Story Management: Facilitate Agile product teams in story and feature management, conduct story slicing to optimize delivery, and lead technical grooming sessions
• Reporting & Quality Assurance: Design and build insightful Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders; develop comprehensive testing strategies, test scenarios, and user acceptance criteria to ensure high solution quality

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of business analysis and requirements management experience within Financial Services (Wealth Management experience strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in strategic product thinking, product vision, and Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, UX design, wireframing/prototyping tools, and test strategy development
• Proficiency in creating Power BI reports and dashboards
• Strong technical knowledge of API specifications, backend systems, integration patterns, and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to remote/offshore video-based collaboration
