We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Operations Specialist with a background in finance and operational management to join our dynamic team.
This role focuses on leading operational initiatives, refining processes and ensuring seamless communication across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced organizational, analytical and leadership skills, excelling in a collaborative environment while driving results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative support for accounts; coordinate meetings, create detailed meeting minutes and steer agendas effectively
- Lead contract preparation and the contract review process, ensuring timely submission to relevant teams (legal, finance, delivery) and tracking key deadlines
- Ensure compliance processes are adhered to within business unit accounts
- Perform advanced PnL modeling, including complex contract price or rate calculations and scenario planning
- Develop materials for governance reviews, focusing on service levels, SLAs, KPIs and comprehensive risk analysis
- Create and manage detailed operational reports to support Account Managers (AMs) and Delivery Managers (DMs) with accurate data collection and evaluation
- Analyze account margin forecasts and conduct in-depth factor analysis to assess impacts on profitability
- Collaborate closely with Account, Project and Delivery Managers as well as clients to proactively resolve operational challenges
Requirements
- Background in operational or business-related roles with 3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of commercial models such as staff augmentation and fixed price contracts
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex workloads with efficiency and prioritization
- Analytical expertise to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Competency in maintaining attention to detail, demonstrating diligence and upholding reliability in operational tasks
- Capability to perform under pressure while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Visio and a working understanding of Word
- Understanding of team dynamics and commitment to leading collaboratively
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
