Senior Business Analyst - Retail

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in building a suite of modern Enterprise APIs for a retail industry client, leveraging an Azure technology stack. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technical implementation, working closely with stakeholders to shape the future state of Pricing and Inventory APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business SMEs to outline the current business process/rules and a future state for Pricing or Inventory APIs
• Partner with a development team and IT SMEs to define project scope boundaries
• Lead and drive conversations with customer representatives
• Act as a proactive contributor rather than a passive listener
• Document data mapping rules and API Outbounds

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis
• Background in Agile methodology
• Proficiency in FRD creation, user stories, and requirements analysis
• Expertise in stakeholder management
• Skills in data modeling
• Understanding of APIs and integration
• Competency in business requirements definition and documentation
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
