Senior Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Regulatory Reporting to support India regulatory obligations, with expertise across RBI/CCIL Primary Dealer and SEBI/NSDL ODI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements related to regulatory reporting obligations
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to support reporting initiatives
• Analyze regulatory requirements for RBI/CCIL Primary Dealer and SEBI/NSDL ODI reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of regulatory reporting solutions
• Support Agile delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise with stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements and resolve gaps
• Validate reporting outputs against regulatory obligations and standards
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on regulatory needs

Requirements

• 7-10 years of overall experience in IT, with a focus on Business Analysis
• Expertise in Business Analysis, FRD preparation, and requirement gathering
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Background in Regulatory Reporting, including RBI/CCIL Primary Dealer and SEBI/NSDL ODI Reporting
