Senior Business Analyst - Digital Banking
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Digital Banking with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business analysis and digital banking to drive impactful solutions within the financial industry, with a focus on mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative banking products.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements for digital banking solutions, with a focus on mobile applications
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) to support project delivery
- Create detailed user stories to guide development teams in Agile environments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Apply technical understanding of architecture principles to ensure alignment between business and technical teams
- Drive problem-solving and synthesizing activities to address complex challenges in digital banking projects
- Act as a key communicator between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment
- Support the team in delivering high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines and pressure
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a similar Business Analyst role within the financial industry, preferably in mobile apps
- Degree in business administration, banking and finance or economics
- Background in business analysis and requirements engineering within digital banking
- Proficiency in preparing BRD, FRD and user stories
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and requirements gathering
- Understanding of architecture principles from a technical perspective
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work as a flexible and resilient team player
- Fluency in English (B2)
