Senior Business Analyst

We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help modernize and standardize IT and OT systems across power production sites in Greece, supporting digital transformation efforts and enabling smooth collaboration between stakeholders.

This position requires readiness for business trips across Greece. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel within the country as part of their job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Help finalize the rollout of IT services to production sites
• Perform in-depth analysis comparing current IT and OT applications
• Unify technology stacks and solutions throughout all sites
• Identify opportunities for cloud migration and modernize selected applications
• Deliver hands-on training to end users at various sites
• Work closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on project objectives
• Lead transformation efforts aimed at boosting productivity, strengthening security, and optimizing costs in a fast-moving environment
• Conduct discovery sessions by traveling to different locations across Greece

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a business analyst
• Background in integrating legacy systems
• Familiarity with concepts related to application migration and cloud modernization
• Capability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a client-focused mindset
• English language skills at B2 level or above
• Fluency in Greek
