Lead Business Analyst
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst/ Product Owner who will manage complex backlogs, drive platform adoption across global teams and translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable, ruthlessly prioritized backlog items.
Essential functions
- Maintain the Platform POD backlog; ruthless prioritization against the 7 pillars
- Capture requirements from Adoption PODs (what's blocking L3→L4 in the field) and feed them back into Platform priorities
- Own the platform's evidence-of-value narrative — which features moved which KPI
- Stakeholder communication for platform releases (release notes, migration paths, deprecations)
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Product Owner, or Product Manager working on developer-tooling, infrastructure, or cloud platform products.
- Engineering Background (Strongly Preferred): Deep understanding of developer workflows and the ability to speak the same language as systems engineers.
- Ruthless Prioritization: Proven track record of managing complex backlogs with multiple dependencies and global stakeholders.
- Metrics-Driven Mindset: Experience defining and moving platform-specific KPIs.
