About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will support discovery and elaboration activities for a large scale travel platform integration program. You will work across business and technical areas to shape end to end processes and translate complex business needs into structured delivery artefacts.

About the Project

The project focuses on building a modern corporate travel operating model that connects booking platforms, fulfilment services, payment systems, and finance operations into a unified flow. It aims to enable scalable and efficient travel processes across enterprise customers.

About the Team

You will be working in a cross functional team that includes Solution Architects, Solution Consultants, Project Managers, and client side stakeholders from operations, finance, and product areas. The team collaborates closely through workshops, design sessions, and iterative planning cycles.

Responsibilities

Define current and future workflows across booking, fulfilment, servicing, payments, finance operations, and back office processes
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from business, product, operations, finance, and engineering
Break down high level capabilities into epics, features, work packages, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Document business rules, exception scenarios, operational handoffs, and system interactions
Support gap analysis between legacy processes and the target operating model
Collaborate with architects and consultants to align business requirements with solution design
Identify dependencies, assumptions, risks, and open questions to support delivery planning
Contribute to building a cohesive end to end operating model that connects all platform components

Requirements

The candidate brings 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst
Experience with process mapping techniques and tools
Ability to create epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
Experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
Experience working in integration heavy environments

Nice to Have

Experience in travel, TMC, airline, booking, fulfilment, payments, or finance operations domains
Understanding of corporate travel booking flows including air, hotel, and car reservations
Familiarity with GDS, online booking tools, or travel APIs
Knowledge of PNR lifecycle, ticketing flows, queues, and booking synchronization
Understanding of NDC and direct connect content models
Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, expense automation, or reporting processes
Background in defining operating models for new products or enterprise onboarding initiatives
