Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester in JavaScript to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions through robust automated testing practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in JavaScript-based test automation and a passion for ensuring software reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using JavaScript
• Build and execute UI test automation suites with Selenium
• Implement test frameworks using WebdriverIO, Jasmine and Jest
• Write and optimize SQL queries to validate data integrity
• Configure and manage logging mechanisms for test execution and debugging
• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to identify defects and improve test coverage
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices
• Ensure code quality through static analysis and coverage tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Test Automation using JavaScript
• Proficiency in Node.js, NPM or Yarn
• Expertise in test frameworks such as WebdriverIO, Jasmine and Jest
• Skills in UI test automation using Selenium
• Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
• Familiarity with code quality tools like istanbul or ESLint
• Background in working with loggers such as Log4js or Winston
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
