Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Collaborate with Development team as needed to provide solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and maintain the application infrastructure, including policy configuration, profile deployment, software distribution and certificate installation
- Provide Root Cause Analysis when requested
- Monitor application health, security compliance, and performance, taking proactive measures to address any issues that arise
- Deliver new and improved capabilities in systems monitoring, recovery and stability aspects of the system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new platform infrastructure
- Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues related to the application
- Create and maintain documentation related to best practices and troubleshooting guides
- Perform Application and DB script deployment
- Other support-related activities
SKILLS
Must have
- Strong technical background with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Experience with SQL Servers mandatory - minimum 3 years
Experience with Windows PowerShell mandatory - minimum 3 years
Experience with Windows Servers administration - minimum 3 years
Minimum 3 yrs or more of Technical / Application Support experience
Strong service oriented experience / background
Experience in IT Service Operations
Networking knowledge
Familiar with Incident Management processes and tools
Familiar with Agile methodology
Nice to have: ITIL v3/v4 certification
Soft Skills:
Good communication skills
Ability to function as part of an international team with different locations
Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
Languages:
English is mandatory(medium-advanced level)
