Join the senior engineering team building an AI-powered platform for analyzing and managing complex structured documents. You will own the intelligence layer end-to-end, improving a production RAG system, developing autonomous AI agents, and building evaluation frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. This is a hands-on AI engineering role where AI coding tools are an integral part of the development workflow, offering high ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to solve challenging real-world AI problems.
Essential functions
- Own and enhance a production RAG-based AI platform, improving response quality, speed, and coverage.
- Design and implement AI agents for document analysis, workflow automation, and event monitoring.
- Build automated information extraction pipelines from complex structured documents.
- Develop and maintain AI evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and coverage.
- Leverage AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate development while ensuring production-quality output.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and architects on APIs, integrations, and AI system design.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the reliability, observability, and performance of AI systems in production.
