Senior AI Native Developer, MCP

We are seeking a Senior AI Native Developer to deliver production-grade agentic software implementations while collaborating closely with the Solution Architect on infrastructure and with AI Coaches on workflow design.
Responsibilities
Build greenfield BMAD agents and custom workflows prioritised by Cost of Delay across identified use cases
Deploy and maintain hosted MCP servers within the cloud environment
Migrate team-level BMAD workflows from local execution (L2) to cloud-hosted agents (L3) by end of October
Implement SSO/auth integrations to connect agents securely within the client's identity infrastructure
Build integrations with 3rd-party services as required by CoD-prioritised use cases
Participate in code reviews, engineering design sessions, and internal demos throughout the engagement
Support evals setup and contribute to observability instrumentation for deployed agents
Work with AI Coaches to translate workflow designs into deployable agent implementations
Requirements
4+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year building LLM-powered or agentic applications
Proficiency in Python, with familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript as a plus
Experience with cloud deployment using AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, or Azure Functions (or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with MCP server setup, tool use, and multi-agent orchestration
Understanding of SSO protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and OIDC, along with enterprise auth integration
Comfort working in fixed price, outcome-based engagements with evolving requirements and rapid iteration cycles
Strong written communication for async collaboration across time zones
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Background in BMAD framework or equivalent agentic workflow tooling
Familiarity with UCaaS, SaaS, or telephony integration APIs
Experience shipping agentic systems used by non-technical end users
