Facilitate workshops with scientific and technical stakeholders
Analyse and document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) workflows across human genetics, GWAS, rare-disease genetics, bioinformatics pipelines, multi-omics, target prioritisation, translational biology, AI/ML research, and evidence integration
Gather and structure business, functional, and data requirements
Define data flows, system integrations, and cross-workflow dependencies
Support capability assessments, platform evaluations, and operating model design
Requirements
5+ years of Business Analysis experience in life sciences, biotech, or computational research
Scientific background in life sciences, computational biology, bioinformatics, genetics, or a related scientific discipline
Experience mapping scientific workflows and translating them into requirements for technical teams
Experience working with research data platforms, data integration, and scientific workflows
Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
Excellent English
Willingness to travel to the UK when required
Nice to have
Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Genestack, PlutoBio, or similar
Exposure to AI/ML, research data platforms, metadata governance, or FAIR principles
