SAP FICO Developer
We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and perform gap analysis by leading workshops, reviewing business processes, and mapping them to SAP functionalities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and testing plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing with business experts
- Share proposed SAP solutions with the design committee for validation and approval
- Manage the configuration and rollout of SAP FICO modules to ensure successful implementation
- Advise stakeholders on leveraging SAP standard functionalities and reducing the need for custom solutions
- Create and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems
- Work alongside SAP developers to deliver custom code solutions when necessary
- Engage in SAP-related initiatives, including new implementations, system upgrades, enhancements, and application extensions
- Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-application teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 2 years of direct experience configuring SAP FICO modules
- Experience with product costing in repetitive, discrete, and process manufacturing environments
- Comprehensive knowledge of how FICO integrates with SD, MM, and PP modules
- Track record of involvement in multiple SAP projects, including full-cycle implementations in finance and controlling
- Participation in a minimum of 2 complete SAP implementation cycles
- Ability to evaluate the impact of changes across different SAP modules and processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork and documentation
- Capacity to support both business and IT objectives
- Adept at working in dynamic environments with changing priorities
- Experience collaborating in multicultural teams
- Thorough understanding of SDLC and SAP project methodologies
- Motivated to keep up with the latest SAP technology trends
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or above
