We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Administrator to oversee the stability, scalability, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem.
This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Marketing Intelligence to drive advanced customer data activation, analytics, and personalized experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and operational health of Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Marketing Intelligence
- Ensure data accuracy and performance within the Salesforce ecosystem, minimizing errors, failures, or deliverability issues
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to optimize customer data activation and marketing performance visibility
- Manage and troubleshoot multi-system integrations, particularly those involving APIs and data flows
- Develop and maintain customer data models, segmentation logic, and identity resolution capabilities
- Use SQL and relational data design to support complex data transformations and workflows
- Deliver insights into marketing performance using Marketing Intelligence and other analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices in data handling
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance customer journey orchestration and personalized engagement strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Marketing Cloud Personalization
- Understanding of customer data models, identity resolution, and segmentation logic
- Expertise in SQL, data transformations, and relational database design
- Background in APIs, data integrations, and multi-system troubleshooting
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, or Marketing Cloud Personalization Accredited Professional certification
- Familiarity with GA4, Big Query, Snowflake, or reverse ETL tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, customer journey orchestration, and personalization strategies
