Salesforce Solution Architect
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic teams working on Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360 and MuleSoft projects.
Collaborate with Scrum and Architect teams to deliver innovative solutions for a multi-regional organization.
Responsibilities
- Increase Marketing Solution Architect team capacity
- Design solutions for Marketing Cloud applications across multiple regions
- Collaborate with Scrum and Architect teams to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives
- Provide architectural guidance for Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Data 360 initiatives
- Support integration efforts with MuleSoft and event-driven designs
- Ensure enterprise-level scalability and performance in solution designs
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members
- Foster a teamwork-oriented environment and help others achieve project goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise-level experience in complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi-cloud organizations
- Knowledge of AMPScript, integrations and event-driven designs
- Background in Data 360 and working in Agile SAFe environments
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to get things done and support others
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
