Salesforce Project Manager
We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery across Salesforce and integration workstreams.
In this role, you will oversee delivery execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business priorities and the delivery roadmap. You will work closely with both client stakeholders and internal teams to drive successful outcomes in a distributed delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage delivery plans, timelines, dependencies and risks for Salesforce-related workstreams
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including consultants, engineers, business analysts and support teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming and retrospectives
- Drive release planning and delivery execution to meet business objectives
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Track and manage KPIs, team performance and resource planning
- Ensure adherence to delivery governance, standards and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Experience in delivery or project management within software or CRM environments
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities, risks and dependencies in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience delivering Salesforce-related projects
- PMP, CSM or other relevant certifications
- Exposure to DocuSign CLM or similar platforms
