We are looking for a strategic and data-driven
Revenue & Efficiency Manager (Branding) to define and scale our driver branding strategy across international markets. You will own the lifecycle of branded vehicles – from selecting the right cities and vehicles to optimizing the ROI of branding incentives.
Your mission is to transform branding from a static marketing tool into a high-efficiency driver retention and activity lever. You will act as the business owner for branding performance, ensuring that every dollar invested in a branded vehicle delivers measurable impact on supply availability and brand awareness.
Strategic Leadership- Contribute to global branding strategy, objectives, and KPIs.
- Develop methodologies for selecting target countries, cities, and drivers
- Lead the target-setting process for branded vehicle counts (active and new) across international regions.
Performance & Efficiency (ROI)- Build and own the framework for evaluating branding ROI, comparing its effectiveness against other marketing tools and driver incentives.
- Optimize branding incentives to improve elasticity and supply retention.
- Conduct regular performance audits in active cities to identify growth levers and cost-optimization opportunities.
Incentives & Operations- Design and optimize branding incentive mechanisms
- Standardize and streamline operational processes (calculation, rollout, tracking, evaluation)
- Develop decision frameworks for selecting incentive tools based on market conditions
- Own budget tracking and optimization jointly with Finance and regional teams
Product & Operations Management- Act as the business owner for product developments related to branding
- Build and prioritize a product backlog to enhance branding efficiency
- Analyze impact of branding on driver activity, retention, and marketplace balance
- Design and test driver motivation tools across different market scenarios to build a robust “decision flow” for regional teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication- Lead alignment across Branding, Marketplace Efficiency, Product, Finance, and Operations
- Facilitate decision-making on market selection, investment levels, and execution models
- Facilitate quarterly forecasting and budgeting cycles in partnership with the Finance team.
- Prepare structured performance reviews and insights for senior stakeholders to drive data-driven investment decisions.
- 2–5 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Economics, or Marketing Analytics within a high-growth tech platform (Ride-hailing, Food Delivery, or E-commerce preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a technical field.
- Strong analytical background (ROI modeling, large datasets, SQL/Excel; Python is a plus)
- Project Management skills: proven success in managing multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
