Assist in coordinating research projects from kick-off to close, including scheduling, documentation, and logistics management across simultaneous studies
Recruit, screen, and manage respondents or participants for qualitative and quantitative studies, ensuring profiles match study requirements and quotas are met
Support in-person or virtual fieldwork execution, including participant coordination, platform or venue setup, note-taking, and on-ground troubleshooting when required
Conduct secondary research on industries, competitors, and market trends
Assist in data encoding, cleaning, and basic tabulation; support preparation of research outputs such as summaries, trackers, and presentation decks
Work fluidly across research, marketing, and strategy teams, adapting to different project needs and priorities as assigned by team leads
Requirements
Experience
At least 1 year of overall working experience
At least a few months of direct exposure to research → whether in a professional, academic, or internship capacity
Experience in recruitment, fieldwork, or desk research is an advantage
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Filipino and English
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets/Excel, Slides)
Basic data organization and encoding; comfort with trackers and spreadsheets
Ability to conduct efficient, credible online and secondary research
Familiarity with qualitative or quantitative research methods is an advantage
