The Project Manager of the local team is the operational center of the region: responsible for the digital budget, A/B testing, funnel monitoring, project management, and marketing coordination in the local market. The role reports to the Regional Head and works closely with the horizontal Supply Efficiency team (standards, tools, frameworks) without duplicating its functions.
Project Management- Own local projects within the supply strategy (Acquisition, Verification/Funnel, Fleet/Branding, Compliance, Service Quality, Retention/Loyalty) from scoping to delivery
- Prioritize the local backlog together with the Regional Head
- Manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional dependencies
Digital Budget & Acquisition- Manage the local digital budget for driver acquisition
- Control DAC (Driver Acquisition Cost) and channel efficiency
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns together with marketing
A/B Testing & Analytics- Formulate hypotheses and set up A/B tests across the acquisition/retention funnel
- Analyze results and prepare data-driven recommendations
- Monitor key funnel metrics (registration → verification → active driver)
Marketing Coordination- Liaise with local marketing contractors/team
- Align communication campaigns with product and operational priorities
Reporting & Standards- Provide regular reporting to the Regional Head on key metrics (supply hours, active drivers, cancel rate, defect rate)
- Implement horizontal standards and tools developed by Supply Efficiency at the local level
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Project/Product Manager, ideally in marketplaces, mobility, or e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills: SQL, dashboard usage, funnel metric interpretation
- Experience running A/B tests and working with hypotheses
- Experience managing a budget and evaluating acquisition channel efficiency
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, verification, support)
- Structured thinking, autonomy, results orientation
- English proficiency sufficient for communication with the global team
