Regional AI Run Lead

We are looking for a Regional AI Run Lead who operates at the intersection of delivery leadership, commercial ownership and hands-on AI-native engineering. This is a senior, production-facing role for a leader who has personally shipped AI-native delivery, not one who has only advised on it. The successful candidate will be accountable for the measurable AI maturity of an entire geography while remaining directly engaged in client work, and will build a lean, embedded team that produces reusable assets consumed well beyond their own region.

Responsibilities

• Own AI maturity across CEE: assess every delivery center in the region, assign local owners and cadences, and move teams toward production-scale AI-native delivery
• Lead the three pillars of the CEE AI/Run organization, setting priorities and allocating capacity across accounts
• Engage early in RFPs and renewals; shape managed-output and fixed-fee commercial structures and move engagements away from time-and-materials
• Grow AI-native engineering capacity through structured enablement and a pipeline of senior talent ready for forward deployment
• Represent AI maturity and transformation credibility in the client conversations where regional deals are decided
• Harvest reusable assets, accelerators and delivery patterns from regional projects and land them in the global framework
• Build and lead a cross-location core team of AI solution architects, forward deployed practitioners and engineering squads delivering flagship projects
• Report against outcome metrics: maturity score movement, signed AI-native / managed-output SOWs, trained talent volume, client revenue and margin impact, and assets adopted by other regions

Requirements

• Senior delivery or engineering leadership with a hands-on record of shipping AI-native work, not advisory only
• Comfortable owning a P&L-adjacent commercial number
• Direct, practical experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches
• Experience shaping SOWs, RFPs and outcome-based commercial models, and negotiating scope with senior client stakeholders
• Track record of building or scaling accelerators, reusable assets or engineering platforms across teams
• Experience operating across regions, delivery centers or large-scale programs
• Strong bias toward sharing proven approaches across geographies
• Credibility to make maturity judgments that directly influence client decisions
