Role Overview:
As Head of Sales, you’re tasked with driving revenue growth and profitability to new levels. This involves crafting and executing a forward-thinking sales strategy, enhancing client acquisition and retention, and continuously assessing our sales approach’s effectiveness through robust KPI tracking. You will lead initiatives across multiple domains, including lead generation, business forecasting, digital product collaboration, and high-level client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the company's sales strategy
- Optimize and expand existing sales channels, while exploring new avenues
- Masterfully handle objections and close deals
- Guide a team of Sales Development Representatives, ensuring KPI achievement
- Engage with executive-level clients, maintaining top-tier relationships
- Innovate sales materials and strategies, including pitches and client communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a digital agency leadership role
- Comfort with hybrid work (1-2 days in-office), handling global client demands
- Proficiency in B2B sales, digital transformation, and technology stacks
- Mastery in online marketing, e-commerce, and Google Sheets
- Proven networking and sales channel development skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
