Room8Studio are looking for highly qualified and experienced artists with the skills for environments, hardsurface and weapons creation.
The ideal candidate should be able to perform all stages of creating the model – from block-out to exporting it to the engine, be familiar with various pipelines and has a deep understanding of the form, design and materials.

Requirements
- High-poly sculpt in Zbrush;
- SubD modeling in Max / Maya;
- Optimal low-poly modeling;
- Creation of UV mapping and textures;
- Good understanding of the modular system for assets creation;
- Texturing in the Substance Painter;
- Materials creation in Substance Designer;
- Good understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for creating the environment, hardsurface, and weapons;
- Ability to interpret / improve the concept idea;
- Teamwork skills.
Would be a plus
- Assembling assets into a scene in game engines (UnrealEngine 4, Unity, etc)
- Good knowing of pipelines for plants creation;
- Intermediate English level and above.
Responsibilities
- Create high-poly and low-poly models of the environment, hardsurface assets, and weapons for games on given concepts/references according to guideline;
- Creation of optimal UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.);
- Photorealistic texturing;
- Materials creation in Substance Designer.
- Work in game engines.
