Project Manager / Producer (UI)

We are looking for a specialist who will coordinate UI development and help the team efficiently bring tasks to completion. The role requires the ability to structure workflows, synchronize the work of designers and developers, and maintain a clear and up-to-date vision for the UI aspects of our projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and coordinating user interface development across all stages of production;
• Managing tasks for the UI team (designers, artists, developers), monitoring deadlines, priorities, and implementation quality;
• Synchronizing UI work with gameplay, technical, and art teams;
• Supporting and developing the UI production pipeline in Unreal Engine;
• Organizing playtests, tracking progress, and helping the team resolve blockers;
• Ensuring consistency of UI solutions and their alignment with overall game systems;
• Participating in feature planning, task estimation, and release preparation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a Producer / Project Manager in the game industry, preferably on AAA projects;
• Understanding of the UI/UX development pipeline in games and how UI interacts with gameplay systems;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, artists, programmers);
• Understanding of game development processes in Unreal Engine and UI integration specifics;
• Confident use of project management tools (ClickUp, Confluence, or similar);
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain transparent workflows within teams;
• Experience working on multiplayer projects will be a strong plus.
