Project Administrator (IT Governance)

Join EPAM as a Tech Support Admin within our Technology Business Management unit. This is a strategic role within the Technology Business Management unit at EPAM, where you will support the effective planning, reporting and financial oversight of critical technology projects. Your expertise will drive governance processes, align strategic IT plans and maintain robust financial management practices across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and reporting of the technology project pipeline including tracking and analyzing project performance
• Prepare Business-As-Usual (BAU) performance reports for ongoing initiatives to ensure alignment with overall strategic goals
• Contribute to manpower planning processes to ensure adequate staffing for IT projects based on current and future operational needs
• Support the preparation of annual financial budgets and work with divisions to forecast project costs and resource allocations
• Track financial performance across projects including monthly and quarterly reporting on expenses, revenue and capital expenditures
• Support the implementation of the asset ownership framework by tracking IT assets and ensuring accurate financial records
• Maintain the Workday data management framework to ensure financial data is accurate, updated and aligned with project objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional divisions to execute monthly financial forecasts, track variances and ensure budget adherence

Requirements

• Proven experience operating in a strategic capacity within IT governance, project planning or financial management
• Strong background in IT project portfolio management, governance frameworks and comprehensive financial reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial budgeting, expense tracking and capital expenditure forecasting
• Hands-on experience utilizing financial and resource management tools such as Workday to manage complex budgeting frameworks
• Track record of success analyzing project performance and tracking key deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Comfort engaging with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on resource allocation and operational strategy
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment
