Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a similar growth-focused role
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience generating and validating growth hypotheses
- Experience working with paid user acquisition funnels
- Experience analyzing funnel performance and conversion metrics
- Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Creative, Product, User Acquisition and Analytics teams
Nice to have
- Experience launching new products or acquisition funnels from scratch
- Experience working in R&D or Growth teams
- Experience collaborating on creative strategy

Responsibilities
- Own the R&D funnel discovery process from ideation to first scalable results
- Conduct market, audience and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities
- Generate and prioritize hypotheses for new acquisition funnels
- Work closely with Creative Producers to define messaging angles, hooks and creative directions
- Analyze early-stage funnel performance and derive actionable insights
- Identify patterns across experiments and transform them into scalable playbooks
- Validate product-market fit before scaling
- Collaborate with Product, User Acquisition, Analytics and Engineering teams to launch experiments
- Drive successful funnels from the R&D stage into scalable acquisition channels
- Document experiment outcomes and build an internal knowledge base
