Partnerships Manager
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar client/partner-facing role
- Strong operational skills: ability to manage multiple relationships, projects, and deadlines at once without losing track
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold a professional, professional conversations with senior partner contacts
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to drive change and champion new ideas
- Proactive, strong sense of ownership — you don’t wait for things to be assigned, you spot what needs to happen and make it happen
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with Google, Meta, TikTok/ByteDance, Apple, or similar tech platforms
- Experience in mobile apps, SaaS, or subscription-based products
- Experience building partnership processes or a partnerships function from scratch
Responsibilities
- Build and grow strong relationships with partners that translate into new business opportunities and a real competitive edge
- Manage day-to-day communication with our key partners and ensure the relationship runs smoothly
- Stay on top of joint projects, events, and deadlines across multiple partners at the same time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, connecting them with the right people internally
- Structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnership deals from start to finish
- Plan and run partner events and joint initiatives, including summits, workshops, and business reviews
- Identify new partnership opportunities and turn them into long-term value for the company
- Continuously refine and improve how the partnerships function works
