MyGrowth makes it easy to stay consistent, helping users acquire new skills, educate themselves, and grow their careers in just a few minutes per day.
Responsibilities:
- Own funnel optimization across traffic sources
- Analyze CR by stage (Start → Paywall → Checkout → Purchase)
- Run monetization experiments (upsell, pricing, cancel flows)
- Align product experience with marketing promises
- Launch and validate new funnels
- Work on LTV growth initiatives
- Collaborate with dev & QA on implementation
- Work with localized funnels
- Support email & retargeting flows from the product side
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth hypotheses
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization
- Strong analytical thinking
- Understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economy
- Experience working with paid traffic products
- Experience running A/B tests
- Ability to define hypotheses and measure impact
- Comfortable working with dashboards and CR analysis
Would be a plus:
- Experience with mobile subscription products
- Experience working with funnel builders
- Experience with pricing & geo experiments
- Experience with LTV modeling
- Experience working in EdTech
