Product Manager (Bonuses and Promo Codes)

Requirements:

Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success;

Proven experience in iGaming/Trading and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have);

Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests;

Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces;

Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data;

Ability to find balance between user value and product economics;

Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language.
