We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the direction and delivery of a specialized team established to tackle business-critical EMEA projects. This is a pivotal, high-visibility role within a fast-moving engagement running for an initial 6-month period, requiring strong product ownership combined with the adaptability to reframe priorities and pivot across different problem domains.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, priorities, and backlog for Tiger Team initiatives, ensuring the team is always focused on the highest-value work
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with existing teams and stakeholders, navigating sensitivities around the team's involvement with diplomacy and credibility
- Ensure the Tiger Team's work integrates smoothly with existing teams, platforms, and roadmaps, minimizing friction and maximizing collaboration
- Continuously assess and re-prioritize work as EMEA needs evolve, guide the team through shifts in focus or repurposing across projects
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements and delivery plans, work closely with the Lead Engineer to sequence and scope work
- Engage credibly with engineers on technical topics such as systems integration, APIs, backend, and data to make informed trade-offs and priority calls
- Provide clear, transparent updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Proactively identify and manage risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies to keep delivery on track
- Operate effectively in ambiguity, quickly reframe priorities and get the team productive on new domains and challenges
- Drive momentum on critical, time-sensitive projects while balancing stakeholder expectations with realistic delivery
- Ensure the team consistently demonstrates tangible impact, reinforcing the credibility and mandate of the Tiger Team
Requirements
- 10-18 years of overall experience in IT
- Expertise in product management, including product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision
- Skills in data and the flexibility to use AI tools
- Background in Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, with the capability to build trust and navigate organizational sensitivities
- Understanding of technical fluency, including systems integration, APIs, backend, and data, to make informed trade-offs and priority calls
- Competency in risk and dependency management to proactively identify and manage blockers and cross-team dependencies
- Capability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities across different problem domains
