Key responsibilities
- Support a high volume of experiments—from ideation to validation—helping teams optimize features and engagement.
- Perform deep data analysis and develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that guide business decisions.
- Create tools and frameworks to prioritize product initiatives effectively.
- Work with batch and real-time data pipelines, enhancing our data processing capabilities.
- Improve data quality through testing, optimization, and automation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to solve complex user-centric data challenges.
- Share knowledge, promote best practices, and mentor junior analysts to elevate team performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong SQL skills (ClickHouse experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Python/R for statistical analysis, data visualization, and basic data engineering.
- Solid understanding of math, probability theory, and statistics (experience running A/B tests is a must).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools and ETL frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Astronomer).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaborating across business and technical teams.
- Product mindset—experience setting hypotheses, planning experiments, and leading data-driven decisions.
- Fluent English (B2+)—able to explain complex ideas clearly in written and spoken form.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of music theory or the ability to read music.
