Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Google Ads (Experience in purchasing traffic for a subscription monetization model)
- Strong experience managing Demand Gen campaigns
- Professional use of Google Ads Editor
- Experience working with Birch
- A strong analytical mindset and data handling skills are a plus

- Experience using AI for operational automation and testing
- A strong understanding of product funnels and analytics would be a plus
- Experience building or improving acquisition processes
- Familiarity with performance reporting and BI dashboards (e.g., Looker)
Responsibilities
- Competitive and market research and insights generation
- Full responsibility for Google acquisition strategy (from research to scaling)
- Audience, funnel, keyword, and creative research
- Set up, optimization, and scaling of demand generation campaigns
- A/B testing: developing hypotheses, analyzing results, identifying learnings, and implementing rollouts
- Building and automating campaign structures and workflows
- Analytical insights reporting (not just numbers — insights → actions)
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams (product and creative)
- Escalating and handling Google support tickets for policy limitations
- Sharing expertise, insights, and knowledge across the team
