Rapyd is looking for a POS Customer Support for it‘s Customer Service Division (CS).
Main projects and responsibilities:
- Set up and maintenance service of POS Terminals
- Service to merchants
- Part of the job is on-call shifts outside opening hours
Requirements
- Experience and keen interest in technical matters
- Vocational training or a degree in electrical or technical subjects is a great advantage
- The person must have basic knowledge of networks
- Cooperation and adaptability, positivity and customer service are essential
- Ability to work under pressure and in shift work
- Excellent Icelandic and English skills
- Experience in the installation of shopping systems is an advantage
