The IT company Andersen invites a Personnel Officer in Minsk to join its team.

– Full-cycle personnel administration (staff of 300+ employees): processing hires, transfers, terminations; tracking sick leave and business trips; managing leave allocation and balances; issuing certificates and references; calculating compensations; maintaining timesheets; preparing reports; maintaining military registration; working with insurance companies; maintaining employment records; submitting reports to the Social Security Fund (PU-1, PU-2).
– Working with young specialists.
– Storing and maintaining established personnel documentation.
– Familiarizing employees with internal documents and local regulations.
– Advising employees on HR matters.
– Managing apprenticeship contracts.
– Collaborating with the HR department, accounting, HR managers, and recruitment team.
– Higher education.
– Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
– Experience as a personnel specialist for at least 3 years.
– Knowledge of personnel administration and ability to work with documents.
– Experience onboarding remote employees.
– Experience processing foreign nationals.
– Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
– High motivation.
– High level of independence and responsibility.
– Strong communication skills, self-confidence, flexibility, initiative, persistence.
– Knowledge of English.
– Knowledge of 1C: ZUP (Human) and experience working with the Hi-Tech Park (HTP).
