We are looking for a People Advisory Specialist to join our organization.
This role centers on supporting people management, driving people-related processes, and rolling out programs within designated units. As a Practice or Discipline People Partner, you will guide employees and leaders through all EPAM HR procedures, fostering a supportive and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Primary People Partners responsible for specific disciplines or practices
- Provide support for a variety of HR processes, such as employee experience management, retention, and performance development, starting with supervision and progressing to independent work
- Help unit management review and audit local programs and frameworks, ensuring alignment with local labor law requirements
- Take part in organizing and contributing to unit townhalls and events, motivating employees to participate and be present in the office
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Center and coordinate with different stakeholders on a range of process-related activities
Requirements
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with Primary People Partners across various disciplines and practices
- Experience in supporting HR processes like employee experience management, retention, and performance development, with the ability to operate independently as needed
- Competence in assisting management with audits of local programs and frameworks, including understanding of local labor law compliance
- Background in organizing and engaging in unit events and townhalls, with an emphasis on boosting employee involvement
- Knowledge of Shared Service Center functions and experience working with multiple stakeholders on assorted tasks
