This role is part of a global HR operations function that ensures consistent people processes across multiple countries. The focus is on building efficient HR administration workflows and supporting international employee mobility.
About the Team
You will work within a distributed HR team that includes HR managers, HR operations specialists, and people partners. The team collaborates closely with legal, finance, and international stakeholders, maintaining structured communication and shared ownership of processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration and maintain employee documentation in line with local regulations
- Organize and improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Support relocation processes, including documentation and coordination with stakeholders
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports to AIFC
- Analyze and optimize existing HR workflows and procedures
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment across regions
Requirements
- Experience with HR administration and personnel documentation
- Experience organizing onboarding processes
- Experience supporting employee relocation and related documentation
- Experience preparing and submitting quarterly reporting to AIFC
- Working level of English sufficient for professional communication
- Attention to detail and structured approach to tasks
