Responsibilities

  • Calculating salaries, benefits, and compensation for employees
  • Preparing accounting documents, including social and PAYE forms
  • Registering employees with social and tax services, helping employees register on GESY
  • Uploading documents to the company's electronic archive
  • Collecting primary documentation and information for the annual audit
  • Collecting financial information for VAT and VIES reports
  • Providing relocation support for employees
  • Keeping records of sick days and vacations
  • Entering invoices for payment in 1C

Requirements

  • Knowledge of financial accounting standards in Kazakhstan (IFRS), all regulatory legal acts
  • Knowledge of the Tax Code of Kazakhstan and excellent skills in the application of labor legislation
  • Demonstrated ability in the management of various types of salaries — GPH, TC, wide bonus systems
  • Fluency in Russian
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting in a large company
  • Experience with 1C, MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information in a limited time
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines 

Preferred

  • Work experience in IT, manufacturing, and FMCG companies
  • Specialized certificates and courses
  • Knowledge of English
