Responsibilities
- Operate as an individual contributor, drawing on years of industry relationships to secure new clients and logos for EPAM
- Source, develop, and close brand-new accounts
- Establish a pipeline and craft a proactive strategy for generating new business at EPAM
- Establish EPAM as a trusted advisor among decision-makers within both prospective and current client organizations
- Develop, implement, and consistently refine your account and pursuit strategies
- Cultivate an internal network and connections with key stakeholders while becoming well-versed in EPAM's background, core value propositions, and expertise
- Spot, communicate, coordinate, and close deals involving business consulting and technology services
- Partner with EPAM's technology partner firms to secure deals and engage with EPAM's alliance team
- Engage in and spearhead EPAM's sales pursuits to win new business
- Qualify and manage complex RFP and RFI responses
- Keep up with emerging technologies and market trends through ongoing learning
Requirements
- Self-motivated professional capable of ramping up quickly within a matrixed environment, forming internal connections, and uniting EPAM's top-tier capabilities to provide strategic value to clients
- Proven history of pinpointing and closing new opportunities within organizations generating $2B+ in revenue, using a consultative, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team strategy
- You possess an established industry network and contacts
- Capability to nurture enduring client relationships at the Director, VP, and C-Suite levels
- Thorough grasp of technology trends and the ability to drive meaningful change from a wide industry lens through cutting-edge solutions in Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, Core Software Engineering, Legacy Modernization, DevOps, Agile, Automation, and beyond
- Background in championing transformative concepts (such as digital transformation and organizational change) and shaping a vision for major enterprise clients that delivers lasting value through advanced software engineering and technology consulting offerings
- Capacity to collaborate with and lead teams of highly skilled experts on a deal-by-deal basis
- Demonstrated history of working alongside technology vendors to close deals
- Background in proactive selling and orchestrating responses to RFPs and RFIs
