As a Partner Engagement Manager at Alber Blanc you will be responsible for driving strategic relationships and partnerships within our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm. This role involves managing exchanges engagements, building long-term partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Working closely with development teams to identify issues, communicate in a plain and simple way all related information (software logs, issue description, statistics showing the moment an issue occurs etc.) to platforms, exchanges and vendors.
- Helping developers at the initial stage to clear all requirements for using our software on the specific platform.
- Monitoring platform notifications and creating internal reminders for exchange events, maintenance, and incidents in a timely fashion.
- Setting up relationships with new tech vendors for hardware and software procurement.
- Work closely with the development team, financial and legal departments and be ready to track several internal projects with them.
- Provide platforms with feedback and chase them for a solution in case of issues\new requests.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Working experience in Exchange's technical account management teams and\or prime brokerage support teams.
- 2+ years’ experience in finance\technical support (account management, business development, brokerage)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Capacity to work independently and manage your own workload.
