ORM & Reputation Manager

The open vacancy implies becoming a part of Zion Development’s flagship product – a fintech platform that gives access to the multifunctional ecosystem for working with finances and crypto.

If you have:

• 1–2 years of experience working with online reputation and review platforms
• Good understanding of proxies, VPNs, virtual devices, and virtual browsers
• Deep understanding of review moderation mechanisms and why content gets approved, rejected, or removed
• Hands-on experience with review placement and management
• B1+ English — some of the platforms we work with require English
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to consistently meet deadlines

We are looking forward to meeting you & discussing the following tasks:

• Manage the brand’s ratings and online reputation across key platforms
• Work with global review platforms, including profile setup, ongoing management, and moderation
• Build and manage a strong presence across UGC platforms such as Quora, Reddit, Medium, and others
• Publish and manage reviews while ensuring they meet each platform’s moderation requirements
• Monitor platform policies and understand what drives review approval, removal, or rejection
