– Owning the content-PR strategy for key industries and company services.
– Defining editorial policy and positioning.
– Prioritizing topics and determining the depth of their development.
– Managing the content plan based on channel capacity (webinars, whitepapers, interviews, newsletters) and service coverage.
– Aligning content with events and webinars (companion materials, landing pages, promo).
– Managing LinkedIn pages and regional adaptation (USA, MENA, EU, UK, Global) considering each region's specifics.
– Coordinating teams: editors, event coordinators, outreach specialists, designers.
– Acting as a bridge between marketing, content, and sales.
– Evaluating results weekly and providing recommendations for next steps.
– 4+ years of experience in content, PR, brand, or communications in B2B tech, with 1-2 years in a leadership or lead role.
– Experience managing content strategy by industry and aligning it with business goals.
– Hands-on PR and public presence practice: LinkedIn, Instagram as key channels.
– Managing editorial pipeline: backlog, cadence, deadlines, reviews, quality control.
– Experience leading a team of doers and cross-functional coordination.
– Understanding of the content funnel and key metrics.
– Data-driven approach: working with spreadsheets and analytics, making decisions based on data.
– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level or higher.
– Exposure to regional content adaptation (USA, MENA, EU, UK).
– Understanding of the competitive landscape and positioning.
– Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics) and experience with marketing CRM (Salesforce).
– Experience launching whitepapers and webinars as products, not just one-off materials.
